Rooms and halls smell of diesel. The Hotel is also a long way from the City Centre, you require a taxi to get anywhere from here

I enjoyed the resturant and the quick respoonse of the hotel staff to an issue (broken mirror) I had with my first room. Thanks Staff
The parking area for the hotel was in an area down a slope behind the hotel. having to go up and down this slope to reach the hotel isn;t a good idea.

Clean suits-Good service-free inernet on the hotel but it is weak specialy in the Roms and caffe shop- there is major problem with Grobs( they recive hundreds of vister at the same time so they jam all srvices specially from some poor natinalitey) like India
They recive a lotes of grobs which effect the service and the use of faciletey Good staff specially theire mangers-I face problem in rfund one night since I left the hotel around 2:00 pm

The food was disgusting, club sandwich was the worst I have ever had, stale bread, no chicken, no beef, thrown together, refused to pay

Extremely noisy hotel, limited English satellite channels, poor location. Overall the Arena hotel is very basic.
